hot and humid woodworking

I recently moved to Puerto Rico. I am going to continue woodworking and attempting to sell some items. Mostly tables, shelves and decorative pieces. I use a variety of hardwoods, palletwood and some softwood. I do not have the luxury of a climate controlled shop right now. Working in open air space right now. Pretty hot and very humid. How big of an issue am i looking at for customers purchasing items from me and using or displaying it in air conditioned buildings?
thank you for any help. It is appreciated
