Closet Factory Virginia Beach owner Jeff Bruzzesi and Sales Manager Tami Sullivan are at it again. You may remember the team’s audacious closet moves in 2011 and 2012 to build an entire home – along with custom homebuilder Sam Cohen of Joey Corp. – at the Tidewater Builders Association annual Homerama home show.
Naturally if a closets company designs an entire house there will be a lot of closets. But whole home organization is Closet Factory Virginia Beach’s strong suit. That was true when the team built its first Organizational Home in 2011, and entered it in the Suffolk, VA, Homerama – one of the largest and oldest home marketing events in the country.
That effort with 27 home storage elements – mudrooms, pantries, crafts areas and dens to closets – won gold as the Tidewater Builders Homerama Critics’ Choice Best Home.
In 2012, Closet Factory Virginia Beach built the Logical Living Home. After taking a breather in 2013, Closet Factory Virginia Beach is ready for a new custom organized home to be showcased during Homerama 2014.
“House plans are developed and in the coming weeks the Closets Factory team will begin the design process for what will be between 20-30 custom home organization solutions,” says Bruzzesi.
