Glideware, which launch just months ago in the Grand Junction, Colo., kitchen of Jenny and Dave Hall, took Best of KBIS – Kitchen: Silver Award.

A year ago Glideware did not even exist, last month it won best of kitchen at the 2014 KBIS, the world’s largest Kitchen and Bath Show. Not bad for a couple that set out to solve a kitchen storage problem in their house, and wound up revolutionizing the design of cookware storage and more.

Faced with heavy cookware piled in awkward stacks throughout the kitchen, one Colorado couple set their minds to remedy the situation; the result – Glideware, a one-of-a-kind hardware innovation that has the market buzzing with excitement.
