A long-time industry specialist for the office furniture manufacturing industry for Stiles Machinery, Gary has worked with a wide range of companies to implement solutions for that rapidly changing industry. His work in the cutting tool and machinery industries spans more than 30 years. Gary has traveled Europe to benchmark many world-class facilities there and has been a requested speaker for nearly every Executive Briefing Conference.
Currently serving as Director of Operations, Scott Berger has worked in a wide range of industries spanning across Aerospace and Aeronautics, ultimately landing him in the office furniture industry at Kimball International. Scott has held a variety of engineering strategy and operational leadership positions in his time with Kimball. Most recently, he was instrumental in the transition of Kimball’s Santa Claus, Indiana facility into one of the most advanced panel processing plants in the world. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Scott enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family where he plays an active role in coaching youth soccer.
Kelly Victor-Burke is an entrepreneur, woodwork manufacturing advocate and educator who taught for 30 years at Eastern Michigan University as co-director of the Geotourism & Historic Preservation Bachelor of Science Program until her retirement in April 2020 to concentrate on her growing woodwork manufacturing business, Burke Architectural Millwork. Kelly conceived of and lead a team of dedicated innovative business owners, educational partners and industry organizations to create the first 21st century approved Department of Labor registered apprenticeship in woodworking, “Woodwork Manufacturing Specialist”.
Andrew Campbell has led New Jersey-based Eastern Millwork Inc. to its high level of success by leveraging design innovation, automation, technology and lean manufacturing, plus an aggressive information management system, to fulfill projects that require large volumes of material on tight and shifting schedules.
Thomas J. O'Neill
Tom O'Neill is the CEO/EVP of Wurth Line Craft North America. He has 25 years of sales management experience and has been on the board of the National Building Material Distribution Association since 2017. He has served as the president of the NBMDA since 2020. He started his career with Wurth Baer Supply in 2002 as a regional sales manager. The Chicago native has a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. Joseph College (IN).
Isaiah Rozek is the founder of Paragon Concepts, a manufacturer and direct provider of premium cabinet doors and drawer fronts that sells nationally. Paragon Concepts makes five piece, slab and three piece profiles on a wide variety of materials like Stevenswood, REHAU Terra, Salt, Roseburg, Formica, Wilsonart, Gizir, FENIX and more. Their claim is to make the Best Shaker Door Ever. Rozek also owns the Colorado franchise for Closet and Storage Concepts and a high-end kitchen and bath shop in Denver called Concept32 Designs. Isaiah Rozek is seen as an industry thought leader and often collaborates with others bringing change to the cabinet-making industry. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Patrick Molzahn is the director of the Cabinetmaking and Millwork program at Madison College in Madison, WI. He is the current author of the classic textbook, Modern Cabinetmaking, with a new edition scheduled to be released this fall. He is also a founding board member of the Woodwork Career Alliance, and has spoken at numerous events and trade shows on the importance of nurturing the Industry-Education connection. For the past three decades, he has traveled around the world researching how different cultures train their woodworkers.
Scott Prillaman is SVP-US Operations for Hooker Furniture Corporation. Hooker, in its 97th year of business, is a designer, marketer and importer of casegoods (wooden and metal furniture), leather furniture and fabric-upholstered furniture for the residential, hospitality and contract markets. The Company also domestically manufactures premium residential custom leather and custom fabric-upholstered furniture. Scott’s responsibilities in his 32 years with Hooker have included manufacturing, environmental management, as well as leading operations in China and Vietnam. In his current role, he is responsible for logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, quality and facilities.
