ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and associated government restrictions and limitations on large gatherings and travel restrictions, retailX has made the decision to postpone its annual face-to-face event to August 2021.

Originally planned to take place May 12-13, 2021, the new event dates are Tuesday, August 24 to Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. This date change is designed to provide participating brands and companies the time to effectively plan their participation during these challenging times.

“Our community is incredibly eager to come together again in person. After consulting with customers, partners and speakers, we made the decision to secure dates in August in order to maximize success for the event for our entire audience,” said Katherine Childress, retailX show director. “We want to build on the success of our virtual event in October 2020 and feel that moving the face-to-face event to later in the year will allow both exhibitors and attendees of retailX more time to make plans to participate.”

RetailX will continue to promote and serve the retail and ecommerce community with virtual options and topical webinars, throughout the year. See retailX.com
