LAS VEGAS - The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show opened in a strong fashion Tuesday at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

An array of high-tech innovations and contraptions welcomed attendees upon arrival to the show floor. From pull-down cabinet systems, revolving closets, clothes-drying systems, Wi-Fi enabled ovens, iPad applications that augment reality, touch-screen controlled showers, smart thermostats that lower the temperature when leaving the house, to self-deodorizing toilets that play music via Bluetooth, attendees were exposed firsthand to the home of the future.
