BOGOTA, Colombia -- The 2021 edition of interzum Bogota has been cancelled due to the concerns related to COVID-19 and increased travel restrictions to Colombia. Oeganizers Koelnmesse and Corferias decided jointly to cancel the 2021 exhibition.

The new date for interzum Bogota will be May 10-13, 2022. It is planned to be a trade fair for industrial wood processing and furniture manufacturing in Latin America. The show will include machinery, materials, components, tooling and forest technology.

The trade exhibition had earlier been scheduled for 2020. The Colombian government had requested to take over the fairgrounds in Bogota for the construction of a temporary hospital in 2020. The lack of venue space has forced show organizers to reschedule the event.
