Stiles and industry experts Chuck Carter, John Barns, Addison Fox, Derek Hart, Wesley Philyaw and Peter Van Dyke demonstrate Stiles solid wood systems.

In this segment, John Barnes and Wesley Philyaw take manufactures to the Stiles showroom in Coppell, Texas, where they educate viewers on a Stiles rip-to-width CML E350 2R moving blade ripsaw. This segment explores the variety of applications they can offer to manufacturers of all sizes and production volumes.

In Stiles’ High Point, North Carolina, showroom, Addison Fox walks manufactures through two optimizing crosscutting saws; push-feed and through-feed. Manufacturers are shown the Salvador Superpush 200 chopsaw and Salvador SuperCut 300 chopsaw. Fox shows each saw in action and why manufacturers would need or choose between a push-feed and/or through-feed saw.

This solid wood segment focuses on Stiles’s two moulder brands and what they offer, Kentwood and Homag. In Stiles’ Coppell, Texas, showroom, John Barnes shows manufactures the Kentwood M509S Moulder, a standard, robust, entry-level moulder meant for cabinetry, small millwork and light-duty production.

In Stiles’ High Point, North Carolina, showroom, Chuck Carter walks manufacturers through the Homag Moulteq M-300 moulder and the digital capabilities it offers. Manufacturers will experience the process of managing the machine setup to produce intricate design profiles.

In the bonus segment, Stiles expert Peter Van Dyke explores new technology for the kitchen cabinet door industry in Stiles’ Grand Rapids, Michigan, showroom. Collaboration over the last few years between Stiles and Vertongen has resulted in the new Vertongen work cell that combines profiling and tenoning into one work cell.
