The 2018 Wood Component Manufacturers Association (WCMA) Fall Conference and Plant Tour event will take place Oct. 8-10, 2018, in Wausau, Wisconsin. It is an opportunity for wood component and dimension manufacturers and manufacturers and importers of woodworking machinery and equipment to network, make contacts, and learn more about industry trends.

 

The event will feature tours of six manufacturing plants and one technical school in the Wausau area, two educational sessions, and opportunities to network with peers and collaborate on innovative ways to manage a business. The tours will include Kolbe & Kolbe Windows, Menzner Lumber & Supply Co., Counter-Form, Weather Shield Windows and Doors, Wausau Homes, Kretz Lumber Co., and Northcentral Technical School.

 

Accommodations have been made for conference attendees at the Hilton Garden Inn. Reservations should be made before Monday, Sept. 10 by either calling the hotel directly and asking for the WCMA room block, or by going online.
