VT Industries acquires door and millwork manufacturer Eggers Industries, combining two of the major players in the Architectural Wood Door business.

Egger Group has announced that the acquisition of the Masisa plant in Concordia, Argentina, from the Chilean Masisa S.A. has been successfully completed.

A leading manufacturer of architectural wood products, Eggers Industries has again been named to the “Wisconsin 75”. The award recognizes the top Wisconsin companies that make significant contributions to the state’s economy and the communities in which they do business.

Eggers Industries, an architectural wood products manufacturer headquartered in Two Rivers, WI has expanded their plywood sales team with the addition of Robert Zill.
