Drew Industries Incorporated today reported net income of $11.1 million, or $0.49 per diluted share for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, compared to net income of $9.4 million, or $0.42 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2011.

Drew Industries reported that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components, acquired the business and certain assets of the United States RV entry door operation of Euramax International.
