Design Chicago returns to the Merchandise Mart Oct. 3-4

CHICAGO – The 2018 Design Chicago, the Midwest’s largest, most immersive residential design conference, hosted by The Design Center at the Merchandise Mart and LuxeHome, will take place Oct. 3-4. 
 
Design Chicago will showcase 175 featured presentations, CEU programs, open houses and product debuts, along with newly opened showrooms. Also, tickets are now on sale for the 10th annual Chicago VIP Luxury Gala, a signature event of Design Chicago, which honors the Midwest’s best in architecture, interior design and residential development. 
 
“Each year, the Chicago VIP Luxury Gala draws the top trade professionals, bringing together the best in the region,” said Susan McCullough, Senior Vice President at theMART. “Special thanks to the Gala’s host committee, as well as its sponsors, for elevating this evening to a must-attend event.”
 
More than 800 attendees are expected at this year’s event, which will feature the induction of four residential design industry icons into the Merchandise Mart Hall of Fame.
