SANTA ANNA, CA — Langin Designs, a designer and crafter of custom furniture and interior-fitted cabinetry, entered a residential theater bar in the 20th annual Custom Woodworking Business Design Portfolio contest. Features include: 15 different radiuses of fabrication and nine types of wood: elm burl, tamo ash, mcacore, maple, cherry louro predo, ribbon sapele, walnut and ebony.

Langin Designs owner, Francois Langin, started the company in 1993. He creates custom furniture and cabinetry based on his French family traditions and woodworking techniques inspired by the Compagnons, an elite guild of European woodworkers who built the great cathedrals and chateaux of France.

How to Enter Contest
The Custom Woodworking Business Design Portfolio Awards are given each year to honor custom woodworkers for their outstanding craftsmanship.

To enter submit photos of your projects that fit into the categories below, visit All projects entered must have been completed after Jan. 1, 2011, and must have been built for an outside customers. The submission deadline is Nov. 1.

Winners in each category will be featured in a special December digital publication as well as in the January 2013 print issue of Custom Woodworking Business, and will be recognized at the debut of the new Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, held February 27 - March 1, 2013 in Edison, NJ. Also, entrants will be featured in Woodworking Network’s Facebook album as well as on our web site in slideshows and feature articles.
