The 2013 Evening of Excellence reception took place April 12, during a three-day event for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), which also included its Spring Business Meeting, held at the Intercontinental Kansas City at the Plaza, in Kansas City, Mo.

NARI named 152 Regional Contractor of the Year winners from the 2013 competition. Judging took place at NARI's national headquarters in Des Plaines, IL in January.

Wentworth Inc., a home design-build firm in Chevy Chase, Maryland, that remodels homes throughout the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, recently won a 2011 CoTY (Contractor of the Year) Award for a condo remodel in Alexandria, Va.
