Arauco North America, which is a trade name used by Flakeboard Company Limited, Flakeboard America Limited, Arauco Panels USA LLC, and other North America affiliates, has announced that all Arauco North America mills have immediately started moving toward full TSCA certification along with all associated labeling.

Arauco has been operating at TSCA equivalent emission levels and has been running its QC data set as if under the TSCA environment to prepare for this move. The company expects to finish building out its "test before ship" methodology and to complete the installation of upgraded data collection and analysis tools before the compliance date of June 1.

Boise Cascade, a producer of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a U.S. wholesale distributor of building materials, has announced that its particleboard facility in La Grande, Oregon has already achieved EPA TSCA VI certification on March 15 and is already labeling products.
