The NLBMDA and KCMA have come out in support of a U.S. Court of Appeals ruling overturning an NLRB rule requiring employers to post a notice regarding the right of employees to unionize.
The U.S. District Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C. on May 7, 2013, overturned a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) rule requiring nearly 6 million employers to post notices encouraging union membership.
