Closet Factory Virginia Beach’s house made of dreams, The Suffolk House - Lifestyle by Closet Factory, is a crowd pleaser. It was built for the Tidewater Builders Association’s 2014 Homearama event at the Waterfront at Parkside community in Suffolk, VA. The showcase ran from Oct. 17 to Nov. 3.
Its third home in the annual event, The Suffolk House - Lifestyle by Closet Factory was built in conjunction with home builder Sam Cohen of Joey Corp. Its past homes were in 2011 and 2012.
This year’s home featured over 20 custom storage solutions built by the team at Closet Factory Virginia Beach.
A few of the highlights included: organization solutions on every level, large open family/great room with built-in speakers and custom cabinetry, a kitchen with custom cabinets with granite countertops and coffee bar area, a Butler pantry between the kitchen and dining room, mudroom with built-ins and cubbies, a custom “Motor Trend” garage, and a master suite featuring a closet with center island.
“Homearama provides us a unique opportunity not only to be face-to-face with a large number of people, but provides an up close and hands-on look at the work we can provide,” says Jeff Bruzzesi, owner of the Closet Factory Virginia Beach franchise.
Now in its 32nd year, Homearama features custom built homes highlighting the latest trends in design, construction and interior furnishings.
