WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Regina F. Lark, Ph.D., Certified Professional Organizer (CPO), will deliver a keynote on June 12, 2025, during the Closets Conference & Expo, which takes place June 11-13, 2025, at the Palm Beach Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
In her presentation, "Stuffed and Stressed: The Brain Science Behind Closet Chaos and How to Fix It," Dr. Lark will explore the neuroscience underlying disorganization. She suggests that the real issue often isn't a lack of space but factors like executive dysfunction, decision fatigue, and emotional labor. Attendees will discover why traditional storage solutions sometimes fail and how to reframe clutter as a cognitive challenge rather than a personal failing.
Using storytelling, interactive polls, and brain-based organizing insights, Dr. Lark aims to equip closet and storage professionals with practical tools.
