NKBA Promotes Young Professionals at KBIS 2013HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. — The 2013 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in New Orleans will spotlight young professionals, chosen from hundreds of nominees, as part of the National Kitchen and Bath Association’s (NKBA) first 30 Under 30 program. The NKBA’s goal is to help direct the professional development of the 20 year olds, while promoting the kitchen and bath industry’s future.

The young professional group will debut on Friday, April 19, at 10:00 a.m. at NKBA Booth #3753 in a platform called “Introductions to the Industry.” 2013 NKBA President John Morgan and 2013 NKBA Vice President Carolyn Cheetham, CMKBD, will announce each of the selected 30 under 30, who will then begin “Center Stage,” an accumulation of presentations occurring throughout the show.

The 30 Under 30 group will spend the next two days traveling the KBIS show floor. On Sunday, April 21, the young professionals will return to Center Stage to share their experience and answer questions from attendees.

2013 KBIS will take place April 19-21 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
