SEATTLE, WA — Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. has been named one of Seattle Business magazine’s 50 greenest companies in Washington. The list honors leadership in areas of sustainability, green practices, commitment to the environment and the future of the natural resources.

Entrants were judged on their impact to the environment, the comprehensiveness of their efforts and the extent to which they provide a model for other organizations.

Based in Monroe, WA, Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. manufactures custom frameless and framed style cabinetry and a line of closet and storage products, Canyon Creek Closets Plus.

Seattle Business honorees also included office furniture manufacturer Watson Furniture of Poulsbo, WA, and Weyerhaeuser, Federal Way, WA, a forest products company. Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, Freeland, WA, also made the 2011 list.
