ACSP Sponsors Closet Seminar at IWF

ATLANTA - Members of the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals (ACSP) will participate in a full-day closet seminar at the 2012 International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta.

ACSP Sponsors Closet Seminar at IWFThe program, "Closets - Your Niche for Growth," is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21, the day before the IWF exhibition opens at the Georgia World Congress Center.

The program is geared toward woodworkers, remodelers and fledgling closet professionals interested in learning more about the closet organization market.

Topics slated to be covered in the seminar include:

* Comparison and contrast between kitchen cabinet and closet installation projects;

* Projecting and managing shop time, inventories and installation schedules;

* Space planning a closet to fit the customer's needs; and

* Overcoming common sales objections.

Each of the four scheduled presenters is currently a member of the ACSP Board of Directors. They include Jeff Klein, owner of the Closet Specialist, Mike Carson, president of Closet Works; Jeff Turner, president of Closets to Go; and Bob Lewis, president of Closet and Storage Concepts.
