Monroe, WA – June 2013 Canyon Creek Cabinet Company recently appointed Andrew Weaver to the newly created position of plant superintendent. Andrew will report directly to the VP of operations, Bryan Jarvis.
Andrew has been with Canyon Creek for over seven years, starting as a supervisor in the door line and most recently held the position of product development/quality assurance manager. During his tenure with the company—including a one-year deployment with the Army National Guard—he’s held various supervisory positions ranging from product development to production to quality control.
As plant superintendent, Andrew will assist in the day-to-day operations in manufacturing to ensure that production is running within budget and on schedule, and oversee shop floor processes and operations. In addition to evaluating safety performance criteria, cost control measures and regulatory requirements, he will continue to plan and manage the company’s quality assurance program.
According to Bryan Jarvis, VP of operations: “Andrew has the technological savvy to take this next step in his career. His wide range of Canyon Creek product knowledge and operational experience make him well qualified for this new role. I look forward to utilizing the skills and experience that he’s honed over the years in this key position.”
