AWFS Spotlight: Intro to Closet Design, Manufacturing and SalesLAS VEGAS - There is a strong affinity between kitchen cabinets and closet organization systems in terms of machinery and material needs but there are also differences in terms of functionality, layout, installation and sales. In this session, the president of ACSP and the Associate Publisher of CLOSETS magazine shed light on what makes closets tick and how cabinetmakers can implement a strategy to improve their profits in this area. The speakers share how a mutually beneficial partnership outweighs the effort involved in learning a new trade and how to capitalize on the knowledge and partnerships to increase client confidence, close sales faster and improve overall profits.
