Change end profile on 6 foot curved white oak using router.

White oak piece is 6 feet long with slight curve. Cut from a plank. I need to change the end profile of the piece from square to slightly pyramid shaped ( see drawing and 2 photos). Can I use hand router ? Does anyone make a router bit long enough ?
