Wellborn Cabinet names chief marketing officer

ASHLAND, Ala. — Wellborn Cabinet has appointed Mara Villanueva-Heras as its chief marketing officer. She will be joining the executive team and will be responsible for marketing and product strategy for the company.

Mara brings almost 30 years of progressive marketing and leadership experience within the building and construction industry. Most recently, Mara was the Vice President of Marketing for Emser Tile, LLC out of Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that she held marketing leadership roles with CertainTeed Corporation, Armstrong Flooring, KraftMaid Cabinetry and Whirlpool Corporation.

Mara holds a BA degree in Interior Design and an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.

Wellborn is an FDMC 300 listed company. It ranks #49, with $249 million in 2022 sales, on the list of top North American wood products companies.
