CNC dovetail machine will speed your production

PASADENA -- Castaly's CNC PC Control, automatic dovetail machines mass produce various tenon sizes, shape and lengths and are available in five models. A version of the machine will be on display at the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo March 27-29 in Pasadena.
 
End user's production needs determine the suitable model.  Simple interface allows user to set working speed and sizes of tenons and mortises, according to the company. 
Other features include:
  • Heavy steel frame and cast iron table.
  • Four large air clamps for making two sets of male and female dovetails at the same time.
  • Auto program movements for a complete cutting circle.
  • Servo router head travels on precision linear bearings for smooth accuracy.
  • Male and female dovetails are produced at the same time for a maximum match.
  • Variable cutting speeds for the best finish of different materials.
  • Easy operation and maintenance.

Registration is now open for the 2018 Cabinets & Closets Expo in Pasadena at the Pasadena Convention Center to be held March 27-29.
