CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Air and electric portable sanding systems for dust-free sanding will be on display by SurfPrep at the co-located Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo and Wood Pro Expo Charlotte, March 6-8 in the Charlotte Convention Center.
According to the company, the foundation of the SurfPrep Sanding System is built on attention to detail and manufacturing of its foam abrasive sanding pads and industrial air sanders. SurfPrep continues creating new products with the focus of reducing both labor and sanding material costs.

The company says the 3-in. x 8-in. Electric Ray sanders have a low-profile, ergonomic design and feature a Down-Force Overload System that protects the tool from excessive pressure and weight by shutting off. They also offer a Temperature Overheat System that monitors the temperature of the internal electronic systems and will shut down tool until it is cool enough to prevent internal damage. The dust-free sanders have three operational speeds: 4,000, 7,000 and 9,000 RPM.
