CHARLOTTE -- The Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo and Wood Pro Expo will both return to Charlotte March 6-8, 2019, co-locating at the Charlotte Convention Center.  The Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo last appeared in Charlotte in 2011.  The Wood Pro Expo brand comprises a series of strategic regional events, located in key areas throughout the U.S. where professional woodworkers congregate. Wood Pro Expo made its Charlotte debut February 14-16.   The Woodworking Network plans to hold Wood Pro Expo in Charlotte annually.

"We were long overdue in returning to Charlotte with the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo”, said Tim Fixmer, President and CEO of CCI Media, which owns and operates both events.  "Charlotte's booming economy plus its location in the heart of the woodworking industry make it a natural location for both events in 2019," he said. “Our exhibitor and attendee research has overwhelmingly identified Charlotte as an excellent location for both events. We expect to attract a diverse audience for our exhibitors with top level attendees from across the Woodworking Network brands.”

The Cabinets & Closets Expo & Conference is an annual national event that moves to different major metros across the country.  The 2018 event will be held March 27-29 in Pasadena, CA. CCCE features a full-day conference, plant tour and exposition. CCCE is a peer product of the magazine; Closets & Organized Storage, which is published by the Woodworking Network. Both are dedicated to design, building, renovation and retailing professionals specializing in cabinets, closets, garages and other home storage solutions.

"We are excited about co-locating CCCE 2019 with Wood Pro Expo in Charlotte," said Laurel Didier, publisher of Closets & Organized Storage magazine. The synergy between the two events will be strong and we will be able to deliver a better product for both exhibitors and attendees.”

Wood Pro Expo makes its debut in Charlotte February 14-16, 2018.  The event features a full day of education and tours followed by two expo days oriented to equipment and supplies focused on the small-to-medium size shops.
