Houzz Inc. announced an alliance with Benjamin Moore to embed its color portfolio in new visualization tools within Houzz Pro.

MONTVALE, N.J. - Benjamin Moore, North America’s favorite paint, color and coatings brand, today announced its highly anticipated Color of the Year 2017 – Shadow 2117-30, a rich, royal amethyst. The color leader also unveiled Color Trends 2017, a corresponding palette consisting of deep, saturated hues. The Color of the Year was unveiled last night to leading interior designers, influencers and media at an exclusive event in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building of The New York Public Library.

This October at the International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, North Carolina, custom upholstery manufacturer Miles Talbott Furniture will expand their finish options by offering customers a selection of Benjamin Moore paint colors.

Benjamin Moore & Co. announced that Robert S. (Bob) Merritt was named Chief Executive Officer and President of the paint manufacturer, replacing Denis Abrams who headed the company for seven years.
