GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Leitz Tooling says its “Premium” line of horizontal panel saw blades includes laser ornaments in the blade body filled with a special polymer for the maximum in vibration damping and accuracy.

Premium blades are ideal for expensive or delicate materials, including laminated particleboard and MDF, as well as veneered panels. They allow users to achieve a level of chip-free, no tear-out finish quality, you won’t find with any blade not stamped with the Leitz logo.

Because of their superior engineering,  Premium  blades are much quieter than standard blades, reducing overall plant noise and contributing to greater employee safety and satisfaction.
