Jeff Gordon will be at Axalta's booth from 1-3 on Thursday

LAS VEGAS -  A leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, Axalta will showcase the latest color trends plus its coatings technology and services at AWFS Fair in Las Vegas. The biennial woodworking show takes place July 17-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Four-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion and 2019 Hall of Famer Jeff Gordon will make a special appearance at  Axalta's Booth 9700, from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday. Axalta and Gordon have a long history, including the company’s sponsorship of the No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet. Gordon also serves as a global business advisor for the company.

During AWFS,  Axalta will feature its next generation of Amarium Pre-Catalyzed Lacquers, known for their ease of use, fast dry time, and durability. The lacquers also offer excellent clarity and provide enhanced UV protection, the company says, and the premium, single component finish is ideal for cabinets, furniture, and other interior wood surfaces. Throughout the show, Axalta will highlight the new collection, "Wood Vibes: Terra," focused on home fashion trends, and inspired by elements of nature.

“We are excited to share our latest technology and color trends at the largest woodworking and furnishing industry tradeshow in the U.S.,” said Carl Gaynor, marketing director for Axalta’s wood coating business. “True innovation in any industry requires events like AWFS where people from all across the country converge to share new technologies.”

One of the leading wood coating manufacturers, Axalta (NYSE: AXTA) serves diverse markets and customers such as OEMs, applicators, and distributors with technologies including varnishes, glazes, stains and lacquers for wood and composite panels.
