The WOOD 100 Optimists Club

The current economy looks disappointing, but that has not stopped many of the WOOD 100 companies from being optimistic. One-quarter of the companies predict at least a 25% increase this year. There are also only six companies that report expecting no increase or a decrease in sales. The accompanying pie chart illustrates their fiscal feelings for 2002 while the chart below gives the eleven companies that expect to post 40% growth or better in 2001.
