NASFM Award Program Recognizes Outstanding Retail Designs

A total of 29 store fixture manufacturers were honored during the association's annual awards competition.

March 23 was a "grand" night for a dozen store fixture manufacturers that were named Grand Prize winners in the 26th annual Retail Design competition, sponsored by the National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers. The awards, which highlight innovation in retail design, were presented during the Store Fixturing Show in Chicago.

A total of 29 awards were presented, including 12 Grand Prizes in 11 categories (there was a tie for Grand Prize in the "Remodeled Store up to 50,000 Square Feet" category). In addition, the winner in the "New Specialty Store over 5,000 Square Feet," the World of Disney Store in Lake Buena Vista, FL, also was named "Store of the Year."
