ALEXANDRIA, Ont. and ATLANTA ‐ One of Canada's leading producers of mouldings and millwork, Alexandria Moulding is being acquired by U.S. Lumber, a large distributor of specialty building products. Financial terms of the agreement, announced Aug. 15, were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to be completed by early October, subject to customary closing conditions.

Alexandria Moulding, a manufacturer and distributor of mouldings and related millwork products, has acquired Royal Woodworking of Bradford, ON.

Alexandria Moulding announced that they have acquired Royal Woodworking Co. Ltd. of Bradford ,Ontario, a family owned company founded in 1976 by the Rowe and Gerrits families specialized in manufacturing hardwood solid and custom mouldings, boards and stair components.
