Millwork employee faces embezzlement charges

A federal indictment has been made that charges a Loretto, Tennessee, woman with three counts of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft, related to an embezzlement scheme which exceeded $200,000 of Paycheck Protection Program funds.

Furniture designer steps outdoors with wood-burning hot tub line

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Goodland, a new company started by furniture designer and manufacturer Craig Pearce, has launched a line of wood-burning hot tubs. The soaking tubs are made from recyclable materials, including aluminum, western red cedar, and oak.  Creating products using recycled materials is not new for Pearce. In 2009 he launched Union Wood, a company dedicated to manufacturing furniture from wood reclaimed from abandoned buildings and demolition sites.
