"Iron in the Fire," focuses on the three combustible dust flash fires that claimed five workers' lives in 2011 at Hoeganaes Corporation's powdered-iron facility in Gallatin, TN. While the Chemical Safety Board's award-winning video focuses on iron dust explosions, it is still instructional for woodworking managers that must be aware of potential combustible dust issues at their plants.
