PARK CITY, UT -- M SPACE, a modular general contractor, is aiding Hurricane Sandy relief efforts by providing temporary wood-framed buildings for classrooms to the Long Beach Island (LBI) Consolidated School District.
M SPACE is providing 7,712 square feet of modular space including eight classrooms, restrooms, administrative space and a utility closet with connecting decks and walkways. The pre-leased units will be delivered and installed within three weeks, the company says.
“It is always rewarding to help clients in the recovery process after a disaster,” said David Jones, Northeast Territory Manager. “The modular units ensure displaced students have a safe and comfortable classroom that is conducive to learning.”
M SPACE has offices located throughout the U. S. and offers a wide range of prefabricated building types: permanent and temporary, new and pre-leased. Its primarily commercial projects span from small temporary buildings to large multi-story complexes.
