Architectural Digest asked its readers to send before and after shots of their favorite closet renovations and makeovers. The magazine recently announced its top picks, which include several high-profile designers and closet franchises -- celebrity designer Lisa Adams of LA Closet Design and designers with Closets by Design and Closet Factory.

Woodworking Network readers should also be familiar with designer Janet Lowrie of Closet Theory who launched her luxury, full-service design firm in late 2012. Lowrie's project, a Los Feliz, CA Chic Walk-In, which was selected as a finalist by Architectural Digest is also an entry in the 2014 Top Shelf Design Awards.
