Accsys Technologies Enters Joint Venture with INEOS Chemical

Accsys Technologies PLC, an environmental science and technology company, has signed a comprehensive heads of terms for a 50/50 joint venture agreement with INEOS, a global manufacturer of chemicals, to develop and commercialize Tricoya wood elements technology.

As a consequence of the infestation of the mountain pine beetle, long-term log supply is estimated to be about 20 percent below historical levels unless different management regimes are implemented.
