International Forest Products Limited (Interfor, TSX:IFP.A) will acquire the Wood Products Business assets of Rayonier Inc., a producer of dimension southern yellow pine, for $80 million.

Canfor Mackenzie Sawmill in $40 Million Upgrade

Canfor Corp. (TSX:CFP) capital improvement totaling $40 million, for kilns, planer and sawmill upgrades, will raise productivity and recovery at its Mackenzie,BC operation. Canfor has spent $600 million in three years.
