Stiles, Holzma introduce Cut Rite Nested software module

Stiles Machinery Inc. is proud to introduce the newest module of Cut Rite software dedicated to nesting applications. Cut Rite Nested (NE) contains an advanced set of nesting algorithms for rectangular and true-shaped nesting and can handle the varied requirements of any size business. With the increased versatility, reporting capabilities, and control of nested parts, Cut Rite NE will replace software previously provided by Stiles under the Building Blocks suite, E-Nest, and DXF Express range of programs.

Cut Rite NE provides a powerful Machining Interface Library and electronic data importing, including lengths, widths, quantity, grain and up to 99 additional information fields. It also allows the user to program fully parametric part machining operations with all necessary tooling information and the ability to enter exact dimensions for all the CNC machining needed by the part. Cut Rite NE also provides grain matching templates capable of defining members of a grain-matched set, Cut Rite Board Library, the full custom label layout editor, and much more. This dynamic and powerful software module integrates with Woodwop software from Homag and Weeke as well as with most design software programs, and can be used in conjunction with most CNC equipment for fully integrated production. Cut Rite NE offers a post processor which includes configurable DXF Import/Export.

Stiles, through the Holzma US Division, provides training, integration and support services for Cut Rite products, and Stiles Technical Support Group will continue to support the range of Building Blocks, E-Nest, and DXF Express software programs through existing support contract periods.

Uniquely, Cut Rite offers a single source software product that optimizes for CNC beam saws and nests for CNC flat table routers enabling users to employ common part and product libraries for ease of navigation. Cut Rite also interfaces seamlessly with other equipment including sliding table saws, edgebanders, vertical and horizontal machining centers.

Cut Rite is used by thousands of companies in more than 40 countries to optimize their design, production control, cutting and machining performance. Its ease-of-use, powerful integration and capability of linking with other applications and external systems via an open format make it desirable for a wide range of applications and industries.
