Neponset Valley Construction hires using Angie's List
Neponset Valley Construction Adds Personnel as a result of feedback from Angie's List
Valuable information from the site inspires company to respond

Norwood, MA, - While most companies look to sites like Angie's List as a way to generate leads, Brian Kearney, the CEO of Neponset Valley Construction sees the feedback that members leave as a way to improve his company. "While 99% of the feedback we get is positive, it's the 1% that causes me to look at the business and figure out ways to improve so that we can continue to grow and provide superior service."

Angie's List is a website where members get access to consumer ratings of home improvement companies. The site generates thousands of leads for companies like Neponset Valley Construction while allowing consumers peace of mind in choosing contractors based on other's experience and feedback.

Brian is grateful that in a slow economy his business is booming, however, with growth comes opportunity for improvement and he's taken the consumer feedback he's received, and has responded accordingly. "As a result of a client who, while happy with our work, was unhappy with our communication and left us a B grade, instead of an A, we've decided to add another Project Manager," Brian says.

This new position joins three other project managers already on staff at Neponset Valley Construction and will ensure an improved communication process with clients. Brian adds, "Our only goal is to exceed our customer's expectations and it's exciting to be able to respond to the member feedback in a tangible and positive way which will improve the business. As a result of this extra help, we will not only be more accessible but will be adding new and exciting products to better serve our client base."
