MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Graco’s new ProMix 2KE is a compact, entry-level, easy-to-use plural component proportioning system. It offers the same on-ratio assurance and advanced reporting system found on more sophisticated systems, but is smaller and more affordable.

The ProMix 2KE is designed for multi-color, two-component spray finishing applications. This entry-level proportioner is capable of handling most coatings, including acid catalyzed, and solventborne and waterborne epoxies and polyurethanes. It handles flow rates up to 1 gallon/min (3.8 liter/min) with a wide range of ratios.

The ProMix 2KE also features pump- and meter-based system configurations. The pump-based system integrates reliable Merkur pumps, or to use a Merkur Bellows pump for moisture sensitive catalyst applications. The meter-based system has single and 3-color configurations, optional sequential and dynamic dosing and a maximum fluid working pressure of 4000 psi when using an optional high pressure hose kit. Both systems can be configured to be intrinsically safe, have an easy-to-use LCD display and are compatible with all spray technologies, including air spray, HVLP, air-assisted and electrostatic.
