MINNEAPOLIS--Graco introduces a new 1-inch Merkur Bellows pumps feature a unique bellows seal design that eliminates throat seal leakage and lubrication. The 300 series stainless steel pump construction provides durability and offers superior handling of shear-sensitive materials, including UV coatings and waterborne materials. The Merkur Bellows lowers have an easy-to-flush design that allow for fast color changes. It also uses less solvent for cleaning, which typically reduces downtime and material costs.

The air motor features smooth and rapid changeovers, resulting in minimal pulsation, no stalling and precision control – even at low input pressures; ultimately providing even, consistent finishes. Merkur Bellows pumps are also available with DataTrak™, the market's first integrated local monitoring system providing material tracking, system diagnostics and runaway control.
