Chicago – This month, BRADLEY HUGHES, an Atlanta-based luxury furnishings company, opened the doors to its new showroom at the famed Design Center at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart. BRADLEY HUGHES, located in Suite 1855, is the second stand alone showroom in the country for this rising brand, which designs and produces all of its products exclusively in the United States.

BRADLEY HUGHES joins the premier resources of the 18th floor and features an exciting mix of the company’s artisan-made furnishings crafted from an extraordinary selection of materials and finishes including their signature concrete, hand-forged metals, reclaimed wood, antiqued mirror and painted glass. In addition, the showroom will feature a fabric line of custom-printed textiles designed by cutting-edge artists, as well as an expanding collection of linens, chenilles, boucles, velvets, mohair and wovens that are offered in a select color palette and can be graded into the BRADLEY HUGHES line of bench-made quality upholstery. BRADLEY HUGHES also offers a gallery of fine art in a variety of mediums from both up-and-coming and established artists.

BRADLEY HUGHES was founded in 2001 by industry veteran, Michelle Bradley to help fill the void in sourcing custom, high-end furnishings at reasonable prices. According to Michelle Bradley, “I saw my friends and colleagues struggling to find reliable and fairly-priced resources for stylish, artisan-made furniture for their projects, so I set out to improve that problem, and hopefully create some beautiful things along the way.”

Together with husband, Keith Bradley, President and COO of BRADLEY HUGHES, Michelle has grown this small, family-run business into a widely-recognized name in the luxury furnishings market with a refreshing product offering, unmatched customer service and reasonable price points and lead times. BRADLEY HUGHES has set a new standard in the industry by offering customers the ability to order custom-tailored products that are made-to-order with lead times of 4-6 weeks or less.

“We have built a successful business around offering an extensive furnishings line and by employing our own talented artisans who use old world craftsmanship and the finest materials to create products all made in Georgia. But what sets us apart from others in this arena, is that we offer our customers the ability to take our original product designs and luxurious materials to create a custom, signature piece for their clients to call their own,” said Keith Bradley.

With their new Chicago home in the historic Merchandise Mart, BRADLEY HUGHES will quickly become a favorite in the design community for its trendsetting designs, customer service and unsurpassed quality. According to John H. Brennen III, executive vice president for MMPI, “BRADLEY HUGHES is a unique and exciting addition to the Design Center. It’s unusual to find such an innovative line designed and produced right here in the United States and we look forward to watching their growth in Chicago and beyond.”
