BKB Flooring USA launches
CHATHAM, NJ - BKB Flooring USA has been named the exclusive U.S. importer of BKB Hevea Flooring Products (Malaysia). These engineered hardwood flooring products, available with FSC certification and sold globally, are now offered for the first time in the U.S. market with oiled and polyurethane finishes.

With over 35+ years of combined flooring experience, managing partners, David S. Numark and Richard G. Svorec joined forces and formed BKB Flooring USA to bring this high quality, cost-effective engineered flooring line to the United States, filling a void in the market.

"Architects, designers, developers and flooring distributors recognize that floor maintenance and damage are ongoing issues. BKB Flooring USA realizes that these issues also present an opportunity for having the right flooring product available to the market. With their investment in product and installation, as well as acknowledging these tough economic times, end users often want to limit the added expense of flooring maintenance and repair. BKB Flooring USA offers oiled engineered hardwood flooring along with maintenance and repair kits that are extremely end user friendly," said Richard Svorec.

The product line consists of European-style engineered wood flooring with 3-ply construction. The core consists of environmentally friendly Hevea which is a readily renewed, sustainable plantation wood.

BKB Hevea products carry globally recognized certifications to give consumers and businesses the option of choosing products that benefit the environment as well as provide current and ongoing business value. These certifications include ISO 9001:2000, Forest Stewardship Council, WWF Global Forest & Trade Network, Malaysian Timber Certification Council and AKZO Nobel. BKB Hevea is also a member of NWFA.

BKB Flooring USA is currently seeking distributors across the United States to carry the BKB Hevea line.

BKB Flooring USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of NGS Flooring Distributors, LLC.
