Each year, GuildQuality gives special recognition to companies that demonstrate an ability to deliver a consistently superior customer experience. In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: (1) the percentage of customers who would recommend the candidate company to others and (2) the percentage of customers who responded to GuildQuality’s request for customer satisfaction information about a candidate company.
