Tresco Lighting by Rev-A-Shelf to Exhibit Luniform at KBIS 2015LAS VEGAS, NE -- Tresco Lighting By Rev-A-Shelf is committed to providing perfect light quality to the design community. For this reason, they developed Luniform, the technology to eliminate “dotted” appearances and reduce unwanted glare within LED fixtures.

Luniform technology is the merging of secondary optics, which consist of special lenses and proprietary films to diffuse LED diodes, and advanced diode technology, which allows for up to 10 times the amount of LED diodes on a single circuit board or substrate. The result is greater light output and a uniform beam spread.

When asked about the new technology, Chris Tress, Tresco’s Director of Lighting said, “Luniform technology employed by Tresco solves the issues of the countertop and backslash being overshadowed by eye-straining glare and reflection caused by intense points of light.”

The new technology will be featured at KBIS and is now available on an array of Tresco Lighting products that include linear, puck and flextape L.E.D. fixtures.
