All Optimizers are NOT Created Equal

If you are serious about optimization, you need to take the TigerStop Optimizer Challenge. Compare us to anyone out there. You bring the material and we will cut a list of your parts using identical material with identical marked defects as material you give to any other optimization system. Then have them cut the same list. You will be amazed when you see the difference TigerStop’s Dynamic Optimization makes. This is the one thing that almost no one ever does, yet it’s the whole reason to buy a system. Just the difference in optimization yield can pay for the equipment. Yes, it can be that great!

One Last Thought If you only cut one type of material, then maybe one machine is the right solution. Most companies have a mix of materials and departments that build parts. You will find that it is easier to balance production and insure deliveries, if instead of one machine, you buy multiples of whatever system you decide is right for you. Think about when that one machine goes down. You can’t run the other machine for a second shift! Balancing the factory floor, large or small, is a matter of controlling your bottle necks. When you only have one machine to do a critical set of jobs, you are handy capping yourself. You are far better off getting two smaller machines than one that does it all.
