INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Every wood cutting operation battles dust removal and dust build up in nested cuts. The innovators at Techniks now offer a practical solution in their new AirPRO, which attaches to the tool holder and is powered by the spindle.

“AirPRO is an effective solution to CNC router dust contamination,” states Steve Gibson, Sales Manager, Woodworking Markets at Techniks. “It floats directly above the cut and produces a powerful air stream that doesn’t give dust or chips a chance to stick around.” AirPRO works with the existing dust collection system.

According to Techniks the AirPRO can extend tool life up to 30% and reduce labor costs while handling the job of removing airborne dust, dust on the work piece and dust collected on floors. “Less clean up can increase profitability and a cleaner work environment is also safer,” adds Gibson.

AirPRO works with standard router bits and ER32, ER40 or SYOZ25 collet chucks.
