DULUTH, GA -- The Superset NT has revolutionized moulder setups providing a substantial reduction in set up time, up to 20 times faster, as standard equipment. The machine features axial adjustments of up to 80mm on vertical axis and 45mm on horizontal axis. Several additional considerations are available including the Mobile 10 and T-Set locking system. The Mobile 10 touch screen control allows management of powered axes and/or will check and control manual axes positioning. It memorizes programs and tool data while providing a friendly display.

The T-Set device for locking and unlocking tools is accomplished through a gun with compressed air making locking and unlocking tools much easier. No more struggling to tighten and loosen locking nuts.

The heavy duty Superset is equipped with pneumatic hold-downs, powered rollers and cardan shaft feed system.
